Payment by Credit Card

Ivy Copenhagenshop use Nets as a payment option. Nets take full responsibility for security when using their payment service. All information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
You can pay with  VISA, American Express, Maestro and Mastercard.  
The amount will be debited to your account once it leaves our warehouse. All prices are quoted in DKK / EUR and include 25% VAT


All items are shipped from our warehouse within 1-4 business days. GLS’ shipping times depend on the area delivered to.


Since we offer 30 days open purchase, you can try on your goods comfortably, in your living room.

You always have the right to return your goods, provided the goods have not been used and that all labels still attached to the product.

If you are shipping from Denmark there will be a free return label at your package.


You can exchange an item for another. Please complete the enclosed return form and we will send a new one.

We pay the freight on exchanges.

The product is packed well into the same plastic bag it came in, or you can use any packaging / bag.

The package delivered at the nearest post office.

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you have paid us back. The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with, or in your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for withdrawal.

The only cost you have if you regret, is to send the item back to us.


When you shop at IVY Copenhagen.com, you have 24 month warranty.

This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduct  in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

How soon should I advertise?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you make a claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.

If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when sending items to us
When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.

Note!! We do not accept packages sent by COD or similar.

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
