Return
All orders are subject to our standard 14-day return policy. The return period begins on the day you receive your order.
We can only accept your return if:
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The 14-day return period has not expired
• All original tags and labels are still attached
• The item is securely packed, preferably in its original packaging
• The item has not been exposed to perfume, makeup, smoke or other signs of wear
All returns must be registered through our online returns portal before the 14-day return period expires.
Any applicable return fee will be shown in the portal before you complete your return.
Free exchanges
We offer free exchanges in all countries. You can exchange your item for another size or choose a completely different style.
Simply register your exchange through our online returns portal and follow the steps provided.
How to return or exchange an order
- Open the IVY Copenhagen return portal
- Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order
- Select the item or items you wish to return or exchange
- Choose whether you would like a refund, another size or a different style
- Pack the items securely with all original tags attached
- Follow the shipping instructions provided in the portal
- Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed
Shipping
All items are shipped from our warehouse within 1-4 business days with GLS. GLS’ shipping times depend on the area delivered to, which means Ivy Copenhagen can’t be held responsible for any delays from GLS.
When we dispatch your package, you will receive a tracking number by email. You will also receive the invoice by email, which is your receipt of your purchase.
Your delivery note is enclosed to your package.
- We offer free shipping on all orders above 1000 DKK.
- Delivery costs for orders below 1000 DKK = 40 DKK.
When the order has been processed and is ready for shipment, we will send an e-mail with all necessary documents and tracking information on the package.
