2. Payment & Security
Ivycopenhagen.com use Nets as a payment option. Nets take full responsibility for security when using their payment service. All information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
We accept payment by VISA, American Express, Maestro, Mastercard and Mobile pay.
The amount will be debited to your account once it leaves our warehouse. All prices are quoted in DKK and include 25% VAT.
We do not deduct the amount until the item is shipped.
All items are shipped from our warehouse within 1-4 business days with GLS. GLS’ shipping times depend on the area delivered to, which means Ivy Copenhagen can’t be held responsible for any delays from GLS.
Be aware that packages processed after 2PM on Fridays, will be shipped upcoming Monday. Please note that during busy periods, longer processing time may occur.

- Delivery costs for orders below 500 DKK: 40 DKK

We strive to process and ship orders as soon as we can. When the order has been processed and is ready for shipment, we will send an e-mail with all necessary documents and tracking information on the package. Your delivery note is enclosed to your package.
If the package or the product are damaged upon receipt, please notify our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
4. Returns & Exchanges

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount of the returned item.
The refund will be made on the same payment card that you used for the original transaction.
You will receive a credit note, that confirms your return and refund.
For orders shipped within Denmark:
Be aware that we impose a fee at 40 DKK including VAT. If you choose to return your item, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you make a claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
All items are covered by the Danish sale of goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer, you have the right to complain about any defect or deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase.
This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or deduct in the price, depending on the specific situation.
In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact our customer service by e-mail at email@example.com. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.
Remember that the item must always be returned in protective packaging and get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Please note that we do not accept packages sent by COD or similar.
