Ivycopenhagen.com use Nets as a payment option. Nets take full responsibility for security when using their payment service. All information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

You can pay with VISA, American Express, Maestro and Mastercard.

The amount will be debited to your account once it leaves our warehouse. All prices are quoted in DKK and include 25% VAT


We offer free delivery on all orders.
Place your order before 3PM and we ship your order the same day.

All items are shipped from our warehouse within 1-4 business days.
Denmark: 1-2 business days.
Outside Denmark: 2-4 business days.

GLS’ shipping times depend on the area delivered to.



Our return and exchange policy is the same. Read about the terms under "Return" and go to return label to create a return and place a new order.

For our danish costumers: We offer one free exchange per order provided that the item is in stock. Please just fill out the return form and place together with the items you wish to exchange. Contact us at info@ivycopenhagen.com to let us know about the exchange. 

For our international costumers: The exchange policy is the same procedure as our return policy. 

We will process exchanges within a few business days of receiving the items and we will contact you as soon as your exchange has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We cannot accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you. For any other questions please contact info@ivycopenhagen.com for assistance.


You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you make a claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.

All products are covered by the danish sale of goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an product. As a customer, you have the right to complain about any defect or deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase.

This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduct in the price, depending on the specific situation.

In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact our customer service by email at info@ivycopenhagen.com. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Please note that we do not accept parcels sent by COD or similar.
