All items are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days via GLS. Delivery times depend on the destination.

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and an invoice via email. The invoice serves as your receipt.

For Orders Shipped Within Denmark: You can use the attached return label. A fee of 40 DKK applies. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

For Orders Shipped Outside Denmark: Return labels are not included. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and the package until we receive it.
