When shopping at ivycopenhagen.com your right of withdrawal is 30 days. Your withdrawal starts when you have received your parcel.

The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. The items must also still have the hang tag on otherwise the items cannot be returned. Provided these conditions are met, your refund will be credited to the credit card of the original purchaser as soon as we have processed your return. Returns damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

To our danish costumers: If you are shipping from Denmark there will be no charge on the return label you create.
